Here at Aligned Family Wellness, one of our missions is to provide the mothers of Central Illinois with support postpartum. One of the ways we do that is by providing certified lactation consultation servies. You and your baby are able to come to one place and find both chiropractic care and breastfeeding help!

We have a support group on Facebook, monthly lactation classes, and in-person support (by appointment only) on Tuesdays.

Dr. Sheppard is now a CLP and she is working on becoming an IBCLP by the end of 2024!
