Self Pay and Payment Plans

We are a self pay office. We are not in network with any insurance companies. We are happy to provide you with a super bill to self submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. We have highly affordable rates and multi family member discounts so we can provide high-quality care for you and your family. We also have in office payment plan options!!
